1963 Plymouth Savoy "Max Wedge" Tribute. This gorgeous Plymouth underwent a no holds barred...no expense spared...5 year professional rotisserie restoration that culminated in 2004 with this work of art you are looking at right now. Starting with an absolute rust-free body (tons of restoration process pics upon request)...Aluminum Front Fenders were added, and one of the nicest black paint jobs you have ever seen was laid on... and STILL looks spectacular today! Under the hood is where it gets real interesting..and here are the details. 1967 Imperial 440 Block, 40 over Forged Pistons, Mopar Purple Shaft .509 lift Hydraulic Cam, 906 Heads Ported to correct Max Wedge Intake, Crane Gold Roller Rockers, MSD Ignition including Billet Distributor and Blaster Coil, 1850 (2) Holley 600cfm Carbs sitting on a Max Wedge Intake, Aluminum Water Pump and Housing, Correct Big Block Radiator opened up from 2 rows to 3, and last but not least...the correct Air Cleaners and Valve Covers. Behind all of that glorious Mopar Power...is a True 18 spline "Hemi 4 Speed", a Lakewood Bell Housing, 11"Centerforce Clutch, Hurst Shifter and Linkage, Custom Hydraulic Slave Cylinder, Imperial 8 3/4 Rear...narrowed by Mosier with custom back brace, Correct Super Stock Rear Springs, Mosier Pinion Yoke, Mosier Axles, 3.91 Gears, FastShafts Custom Driveshaft, Front Disc Brakes from 78 Volare, and KYB Gas Shocks on all 4 corners. Inside...a complete Gary Ball Interior in correct 1964 Lightweight Design and Color, Heater Delete with correct cone and block off plate, Radio Delete, Rear Seat Delete, Hidden Trick Line Lock Switch operated by the Wiper Knob, and Trunk Mount Battery. The Dash Panel and Dome light were both rechromed by Auto Instruments. This Mopar is OVER THE TOP NICE. It looks...sounds...and RUNS phenomenally. No expense was spared with this build...not with labor or parts. If you are into bad ass Mopars...then this is THEE ONE...the Glove Box was even signed by Ronnie Sox!!!
