1971 Plymouth Duster - B-5 Blue with Black Interior- 470 Stroker motor built from a 72 400 block- 4.375" bore and 3.915" stroke- 11 to 1 flat top pistons- Stroker kit from 440 source- Stealth heads from 440 source- Comp valve springs to match the com 282-s solid cam- Retainers and locks are comp 10 degree pieces- Harland Sharp 1.5 roller rockers adn 440 source 3/8" push rods- Offenhauser tunnerl ram with 2 Holley 600 vacuum secondary carbs- Schumacher Tri-Y headers with 3" exhaust and Spin Tech Mufflers- Phoenix Transmission pro built 727 with 10" turbo action converter- Short tail shaft with Gear Vendors overdrive unit- Narrowed and back braced 8.75" rear end with 3.91 sure grip in a 489 case- Crush sleeve eliminator and billet 1350 yoke- Brakes are stock 73 and up a-body front disc brakes and 11"x3" drums in the rear- Aluminum strange master cylinder- Front suspension is beefed up with RMS upper control arms and strut rods- Firm feel torsion bars and steering linkage- Borgeson fast ratio power steering box- Rear suspension is mancini a-body xhd leaf springs with KYB shocks front and rear- Engine has a polished CVF front drive kit with air conditioning, heat and defrost- Sony stereo headunit with memphis audio amp and 4 speakers- US Mag polished slots 15x7 fronts and 15x10 rears- Rear tires are Mickey Thompson 325x50x15 drag radials The car is a very reliable and fun to drive street car that will run 11's in the 1/4mile and cruise 75 on the hwy with overdrive.
