Description of 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe

1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe Club Coupe. Basically stock, but customized and hopped up as done in the late 50's
Original flat head 6 with a split intake manifold and dual carbs, Split exhaust manifold, dual exhaust with cherry bomb mufflers. Sun visor, fender skirts, dummy spotlights, window deflectors.

Still 6 volt that starts and runs great, all gauges work (fuel gauge tops out a little above 1/2 a tank), all lights work, I added turn signals. Heater and defroster work fine, wipers converted to electric. There is a 12 volt deep cycling battery in the trunk that is charged by a 6 volt positive ground to 12 volt negative ground inverter, this runs the Pioneer CD player, the wipers and a power outlet.
Radial tires and I installed seat belts.
Inside was redone in the original type fabric, very nice and comfortable, the wood grain dash is original and still nice. In one picture, there is a blanket on the back seat in the pictures to protect if from my dog.
The floor was patched in a couple of places with sheetmetal.
The only flaws in the finish are along the welting of the left rear fender in the closeup picture.
Nice driving original car with 1950's style modifications, I believe the mileage of 82047 showing is correct, speedometer/odometer does work.This is a nice turn-key car ready to enjoy
