1975 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 455 HO PHS Documented 4 Yr. Rotisserie Restored

1975 was a limited production year for Pontiac producing the "455 HO" V-8 for the T/A. Of the 27,274 T/A's produced in 1975, nly 857 were equipped with the 455 HO V-8 (that's only about 3%).Most T/A's were built with the 400 V-8.

This car has 53,850 believed to be original miles, 000 miles after restoration. This is probably one of the best looking of a 1975 455HO that is for sale today! The price of these cars are going through the roof lately, uy now and watch the value go up! I have the PHS documentation for this car.

During restoration all of the car was acid dipped, ncluding the suspension and sub frame and painted with all new bushings with a lot of polyurethane used, ook at the pictures. I have a stack of pictures during the restoration and a book of receipts. New multileaf rear springs were installed. The trunk floor, oth quarter skins and tail pan were replaced and but welded. (have pictures of the work done) The paint is of the correct color code 13 Sterling Silver. As seen in the photos, he paint is in excellent shape and new decals from Year One were put on recently. The paint is very shiny and low maintenance.

The black interior is all new including but not limited to the new vinyl seat covers, olded foam that was installed by Coach Craft, ew door panel`s and headliner. All the weather stripping is new on the car and was done during restoration, nd there was a brand new windshield installed. The dash and gauges are in excellent condition.

The numbers matching engine was rebuilt during the restoration. The motor was tastefully upgraded with the following upgrades;

Heads - Edelbrock E60579 87cc Preformer RPM

Intake Manifold - Edelbrock #21561 Preformer Pontiac 500~5500 rpm w/polished finish

Cam - Comp Cam # 51-433-9

Carburetor - Holley# 0-82951 4150 Street HP 950 cfm Double Pumper

Distributor - MSD Ignition #8563

Ignition - MSD 6AL Ignition Box, lso NKG #7164 iridium plugs and Taylor 8mm plug wires

Headers- Dougs ceramic coated headers

Exhaust - Pypes performance exhaust 3" cross member back w/X system

• I have the original heads, ntake, arburetor, nd distributor and they with the car.

During the restoration there was new chrome master cylinder and booster installed, ew Pontiac aluminum valve covers, tarter, nd a HD alternator.

This was done to wake the motor up, s the factory 455 HO only had about 200 hp. This is not a race car, ut will get up to the speed limit impressively. The car runs strong and hastons of torque.

The rear end was gone through and still is the 3.23 axle ratio.

Since the engine rebuild, ess than 1k miles were put on the car and is kept in the garage. While having the engine rebuilt, here was a new clutch (not rebuilt) installed,.
