Description of 1971 Pontiac Le Mans

1971 Pontiac Le Mans project car. The car has a 350CI engine. with an automatic transmission. Was told by previous owner that the engine and transmission were rebuilt shortly before the rear quarter was wrecked up. at that point the owner stopped driving it. The car has been sitting every since. Engine starts up and sounds very good. No smoking. tapping. ect. The transmission shifts into forward and reverse fine. but I cannot drive it down the road so I have not had it fast enough to get into 3rd gear. As far as the body goes it will need quite a bit of work. It will need a full trunk floor. and the floors are also hurt. The drivers side quarter has been in an accident and will need to be replaced. Radiator support will need replacing as well as bumpers. Has the factory mag wheels. the tires have good tread with a little dry rotting. The interior is rough. Would make a nice project for someone with the ability to do the body work. Car is being sold AS-IS with no warranty. I am a Delaware dealer so all Delaware residents will also have to pay associated fees. all paper work will have to be completed before car can be picked up. Out of state buyers can do the paperwork through the mail. Payments accepted are cash. money order. personal check. cashiers check. but ALL payments excluding cash must CLEAR THE BANK before car can be picked up.
