1979 Pontiac Trans Am T Top

My dad and Iare avid car collector's .We are honest and upfront with everything on the vehicle's we sel, LEASE CHECK OUTOURFEEDBACK !!!!We take that VERY serious aswe know thebad feeling on being burned on a purchase.

I list thecar as best as possible and tell you the great things as well as whatbad things the car needs so there is absolute no surprises. I have been told thatwe are too critical, owever better safe than end up with a unhappy buye, hat will have a bitter taste before they even get to enjoy the car.

The pictures of the car were taken this weekend and are not enhanced to make the car look better. As this is first time out of storage in a year.

Up for auction is a beautiful 1979 Pontiac Trans Am T Top inBlack and Gold.

Mutable show winner, uper nice and clea, ever been driven in rain since we have had it.

These cars are becoming significantly harder to find especially in great shape.

The car has the original factory build sheet as well as original sales brochur, wners manual to be included with its sale.

Wepurchased the carright at 2 years ago from the previous owner who spent tons of money on this car., ith New paint, resh engine, all drivetrain has aprox. 3000 mile, ileage is supposed to be correct original miles,Carhas been garage kept non smoking car .

We have put less than 200 miles on car, nd has been in stored for the last year covered in a warehouse.

The previous owner had the following items done.

• TheA/C has been upgraded and changed over to 134 with new compressor, nd dryer
• Engine, resh with a mild cam
• New Starter
• No smokin, lways starts right up with no issues
• New rebuild on carburetor
• Nice paint still on engine
• Headers full length and ceramic coated
• All new exhaust with flowmasters, eal nice muscle car sound
• New plug, ire, ap, otor
• Radiator no leaks or overheating problems

Transmission, nd Rear End

• Transmission was rebuilt at the same time as engin, etold me there is a small stall speed to work with up graded cam, nd a shift kit.
• Rear end is a positractio, tock gear ratiowith no problems or leaks

Interio,

We had the complete interior from Classic Industries less than 100 miles ago. The person who I bought it from had all new weather stripping installe, he doors shut firm and no sagging like most have.

With all money the previous owner spent on car it justified ALL NEW OEM STYLE INTERIOR FROM CLASSIC INDUSTRIES

• New items include
• New carpet, nd sound insulation
• New headliner
• New foam for front seats
• New Classic Industries Seat covers, rofessionally installed
• New Polk Audio 6x9 in rear 10",Kicker subwoofer. 2 Alpine /Kenwood amps
• New front speakers, s well as new tweetersare included, s I was unsure of cutting holes in New door Panels.
• All gauges work EVEN THE CLOCK
• No Cracks in dash
• T Tops fit great

The Vehicle was repainted in August in 2013When I purchased it from previous owner.

• All decals were replaced at that time of new paint with OEM Phoenix Industries Trans Am kit, long with the 1 piece OEM pinstripes
• Engine compartment has been fully restored with fresh engine rebuild.
• The man I purchased car from went to the detail of the trunk decal, ngine decal on core support, ecal on air cleaner.
• New OEM water bottle and cap
• New OEM Radiator over flow tank
• New Tires
• Vehicle has upgraded stereo system with new Alpine CD player, enwood/Kicker Amplifiers and 10" subwoofer with 6x9 speakers installed in the rear deck area.
• Car has all brand new door panels carpet and headliner. Vehicle is garage kept and very well taken care of by an adult owner and taken to car shows.
• Entire underside of vehicle has been painted and undercoated. I am including pictures of the underside showing how excellent this vehicle is.

KNOWN ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PERFECT OR IN MY OPINION NEED REPAIR, IKE I SAID WE WANT POSITIVE FEEDBACK HOWEVER A HAPPY BUYER IS MOST IMPORTANT !!!

• Paint on front bumper cover has had a scratch ( touched up ) from removing a headlight that was burned out
• Paint on top of right fender was previously touched up from a chip or scratch (was like that when we purchased Car)
• Paint touch up on the front door edg, ouched up a small chip
• Paint on the left rear quarter panel if you catch just right in sun can see imperfections in it
• Paint on the right lower quarter panel has small spots , gain catch the light just right and you can see the spots
• Maybe I am being way too critical on the pain, s the Paint is without a doubt a professional job Base Cote Clear Cote sanded and buffed to be smooth and shin, and still is nice shape. Overall I give the Paint a 9 out of 1, ue to areas that need attention to be perfect.
• This weekend we noticed blower motor will not blow on high I was told a common problem and a relay fuse. It just started doing this this week when we took all the pictures of the car.
• Window glass needs to be adjuste, he doors open and shut GREAT with the windows down, owever with the windows up they are a little harder to close

Why are we selling the car ?My dad and I havetoo many cars and are scaling down our collection to make room for a couple cars we plan to buy, nd need the room.
