Opportunity to buy a beautiful, ust free, estored GTO that has been in Arizona since new! Outstanding original documentation that verifies all significant features and equipment. It is extremely difficult to find cars of this quality and originaldocumentation. This car is nearly a time capsule from 46 years ago. Car was sold new at Westward Pontiac in Phoenix, rizona and has remained in Arizona for 46 years. Beautiful hardtop coupe with 400 CI engine, utomatic transmission, ir-conditioning, ower steering and power front disk brakes, ally II wheels. Make an appointment to view the car during the upcoming auctions in Scottsdale, Z. Car is located within 15 miles of Scottsdale. Restoration information: Repainted in correct Polar White, ith black vinyl roof. New carpet and seat covers. Engine rebuild. New exhaust. Underside has been power washed and cleaned but not repainted, t does not have any rust as you can see from the photos. Paint is considered "show" quality, ith no imperfections, o chips or touch-ups. Chrome and bright work is all extremely bright, o pitting and no fading. Car is currently driven lightly every couple of weeks to maintain condition. Air-conditioning blows cold. No over-heating issues.
Fan and Crankshaft pulleys - The build sheet confirms the "XT" code and "YBYC" codes that are visible on the pulleys. Wheels - Five original Rally II wheels. Wheels are "JL" stamped with the M1-9 Motor Wheel Corporation 1969 code. Date codes are July 7 (four wheels) and July 3 (one wheel). The build sheet confirms the "JL" code for the wheels. These are the original wheels! Also note that the wheels are fitted with the correct early 1970 center cap that is black with the red "PMD" lettering. The later 1970 cars had the red center cap. Transmission - Matching VIN number clearly stamped on casing. The hydra-matic transmission part tag is labeled PY 70. The build sheet confirms the "PY" code. This is an outstanding example of a restored, ust-free Arizona car that is verified by the original build sheet, indow sticker, rotect-o-plate and 24 years of original owner vehicle registrations.
