My friend noticed the car for sale, and thought that it was so nice, he would fix the few visible problems, and enjoy the car. He had the front fenders patched at the bottom rear, Using Ames Patch Panels[Metal]. He bought new Rear 1/4 Panels, and Repaired the rear wheel opening moulding flanges using the new 1/4's He repaired one small hole at the Rt Rear corner of the vinyl top. They stripped the car, and painted it with basecoat/clearcoat in the original pepper green. They Installed new BFG Radial T/A Tires, Replaced most of the trim moulding, and replaced the Top. Nice Car. My friend has 2 Children, and did not use the car, for 2 years.I traded a few Items to him,and it was my car.I inspected the car,and found a few issues. We have the servicereceipts and inspection mileages,as well as a log of all repairs. We have a notebook of gas purchases. The Original owners manual,Warranty Booklet, and Protecto Plate are here. The underside is clean and I will post more pictures of theundercarriage . I don t see many LeMans Sports, Haggerty says they only made 1600 in the 1970/1971productionseries .As you can see by the Window sticker,it was not a cheap car. I think that this car is a great driver/cruise night car. |
