This '65 Pontiac GTO is probably the closest you can get to "100% stock". This GTO is restored to all original specs, except for one thing: the original automatic transmission was replaced with a 4-speed Muncie (a necessary replacement if you ask us). Under the hood is a numbers matching 389ci V8 engine paired to a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. New parts such as a master cylinder and temperature-sending unit have been replaced, but the rest of the car remains as it would in 1964! The undercarriage is unbelievably clean for a 52-year-old car; the gas tank is original, frame is solid, and a factory undercoating still remains! The factory black interior features bucket seats, a center console, floor shifter, clean dashboard & dash pad, and crystal clear gauge lenses!
