I'm the 2nd owner. I bought it in 1988 with 11,000 miles. The car has been updated with 4 new shocks, 4 wheel alignment, new radio w/CD, all new speakers plus other features: cruise contro, rear window defogger. 2.8 V6 has tuned exhaused manifolds. The 5 speed manual transmission has a new clutch. It runs great, rides smooth and handles like an adult go cart. Compared to the previous Fieros, but in 1988 model year GM got it finally right and put a true sports car suspension and eliminated the Chevette suspension. It's been garaged kept until now. I bought a car cover which would come with it. My wife wanted to downsize to a condo and I no longer have a place to store it. It would be great to find a new owner who can appreciate this fun car. I have had fun for driving it for 28 years on the back country roads. This is a US production car with MID SHIP ENGINE (CORVETTE IS NOW CONSIDERING??). The AC compressor failed this passed fall so I reduce the cars price. People are curious about this car and they want to know who makes it-but are somewhat shocked it was built in 1988. "PARKED IT LOOKS FAST!" What do you think? Some Fiero Club members have put in Used 3800 with super chargers and some small block Corvette engines (exam: 327 cu.in. 350 HP). "AN AMERICAN SPORTS CAR!!!" This car is sold with no warrantees.
