It offered excellent performance combined with a very long list of luxury options that weren't too common in the 1980's, all contained in a tidy (101 in. WB) and relatively efficient package. Our GTA is loaded with features including a 5.0L V8 with TPI, 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks, air conditioning, cruise control, T-tops, Delco stereo with redundant controls on steering wheel, leather seats, and the level III WS6 performance suspension.
