1978 Firebird Formula ~ gold Pontiac ~ includes original honeycomb rims ~ nice!

Nice '78 Firebird Formula with the big 400 engine. RUNS GOOD, LOOKS GOOD. Perfect "easy" project car - only needs some basic minor fixes and could use a "clean up" under the hood.

This has been in my immediate family since it came home from the dealership in 1978. Its been stored almost every day of its life. It already looks great, but with a small amount of work this could be a true classic blue ribbon show car. This is the 1st time this car has ever been for sale since it was bought new.

Shows 71,000 miles but prob has up to 130,000 as the speedo cable needs to be replaced so the odometer does not currently work.

The A/C belt has been removed so no cold air from the A/C. I can't get the power locks to work but it does lock up tight manually.

These are pretty minor issues for a 40 year old muscle car. Really nice car.
