Description of 1976 Pontiac Trans Am Grand Lemans

Up for sale is a pretty rare 1976 Pontiac Grand Lemans I have been working on for quite some time just ran out of stream. Details below.
Pros: Runs and drives excellent and is very fast. Originally a 350 2 barrel car-now a 400 4 barrel. The engine was replaced long before I bought it and it was done right. New brakes, tires, dual exhaust, fluids and I'm including some extra parts it needs. There is little to no rust on the car. The trunk has a small section of surface rust, but no rust through. The top? Anyones guess. I have done a pressure test on it to see if I could find any weak metal but it seems very solid still. This car is a daily driver and could be good for a show and shine but it is not perfect.
Cons: Passenger side fender needs body work or replaced, needs TLC on the interior(headliner, door panels, dash repair, carpet, package tray-etc) but is still very clean. As you can see,the top could either be replaced or removed(you choose) and the paint is checking on the hood and other places on the car. A weatherstripping kit would also be handy to replace. Nothing super major, but you need to know what it needs. Door hinges are leaning a bit(typical for any GM cars of this era).
All of the glass is good,I have new parts going with the car to fix the small issues it has. Dash lights-needs a new headlight switch-it's included and in the glove box.
I have a Chilton's manual to go with it which details everything you need to know about the car.
If you've read the entire listing, please know that I didn't have a choice as putting it under the "Trans Am" title. For whatever reason,I couldn't simply make a Grand Lemans ad.
Clear title and I will write out a Bill of Sale to the next owner to go with it. No problems.
I have more photos to upload, but Ebay is having an issue right at the moment, but they are coming.
Thanks for looking. You will enjoy driving this.
If you want to see video of the car being started and or running,I have videos on Instagram @grandville92.

Please check with your location about emissions and year cut off. The 400 is a 1974 model and it has true duals with a Magnaflow type exhaust and no catalysts. It's a medium tone and but when you step on it-it is like music.
