1978 Pontiac Trans Am For Sale: The reason the car is up for sale is due to the fact that I don't have the time to work on it, and because of that it just sits. The car in the last year has recently had the transmission and engine rebuilt on it, and also new BF Goodrich tires installed. All the receipts with this work done on the car will be provided at sale. The car's paint is sun faded with spots of surface rust. The only major rust on the car is on its rocker panels. Now the interior has the most wear on the car, and would need the majority of the work. The car runs great and could be considered a daily driver, but would most likely be a project car. The only thing the car would need is some changing of fluids in the engine. Also the car would need a new belt or pulley in the engine bay due to a loud screeching noise when the car is first started. After the car warms up the noise will slowing go away. Overall I would love to see this car go to someone who would put in the time and care that it deserves.
