About the restoration: Paint and body: Hand sanded to bare metal for correct high end quality paint job. 5 stage paint job with Dupont and PPG clear All door jams, engine bay, trunk, and bottom of car painted Correct Bandit Trans Am emblems were replaced new and was professionally laid over multiple times with the PPG clear. Not some cheesy sticker laid down after the paint was completed Engine and drivetrain: Engine professionally looked over. Top end rebuild and gaskets replaced for reliability and no leaks. New timing chain, alternator, belts, hoses, fuel pump, oil pump, cluth fan, new brakes and master cylinder replaced, all underbody hoses replaced including gas tank, fuel line, and brake lines. Looks awesome, see pics! Gauges are 40 years old and were showing some unreliability so fuel gauge, oil pressure, and temperature gauges were replaced with new and looks better/custom. Saying that the rpm gauge w/clock does not work and speedometer works but is not 100% reliable. AC wiring is available but AC engine components were removed some time ago for California smog emissions. This is a very rare and desirable collector car that is in beautiful condition and will only continue to go up in value, all inspections welcomed.
