Description of 1967 Pontiac Firebird

1967 Pontiac Firebird Convertible Factory 400 with a lot of factory rare options. Power windows. Power top. Deluxe interior. Power disc brakes. Power steering. Factory A/C and with an original color Plum MistAs you can see in the photo this car has had a lot of new sheet metal replace professionally on a jig. All the new sheet metal and labor cost. is more than what my reserve is for this vehicle. No short cuts on this build. This is an original 400 manual 4 speed. power steering. power disc brakes. factory A/C. deluxe interior. power top and factory power windows. Original color was plum mist. and has the factory hood tach on a ram air hood. New rear quarter panels. rear tail pan and lower valance. New inner and outer wheelhouse. trunk pan. extension and both rear frame rails. New inner and outer rockers with a complete one piece floor pan with new convertible floor brace. New outer cowl panels. dash and firewall. see firewall photo and the hole for the A/C has not been cut yet. New door skins. Original front fenders. rear deck lid and factory 400 Ram Air hood. Motor is not matching and is completely rebuilt as a 461 stroker motor. Eagle H beam rods. forged pistons. Comp Cam part# 51-224-4. bronze guides. Stainless Steel valves. ported and polish with roller rockers. New Eldebrock intake and new front timing cover. Have a brand new water pump. new points type distributor. new fuel pump and new power brake booster and master cylinder. Trans is a 4 speed Borg Warner with a Hurst shifter. Front sub frame and new suspension parts that have been powder coated with all new front suspension. new KYB shocks and new heavy duty sway bar. Rear end is a 10 bolt posi track with rear disc brakes and factory traction bars on both sides and new USA made rear leaf springs with new front and rear spring perches. Rally wheels and new tires. New gas tank with sending unit. Bucket front and rear bench seats . Have all glass and a new front windshield. with the exception of the left door vent glass and frame. Have the original front grille but one of them has a break. see photo. Missing 2 of the corner body weights. Comes with the original rally instrument cluster that needs restored and also have the factory A/C Heater box. Convertible top frame is in good condition but needs a new top. The electric windows work before removing but moved up and down slowly. The power top work as well but will need new hydraulic line. the came apart when removing. Have a lot of parts for this car and to much to list. Have title and fender tag. This would be an easy build with most of the difficult part already completed.
