Description of 1967 Pontiac Le Mans

1967 Pontiac LeMans Convertible
This unique vehicle has had one owner since Fall of 1993. The Original 326 ci V8 was rebuilt approx. 7 years ago with less that 5000 miles since the rebuild. The original 2speed power glide was also rebuilt about 1 year later. The motor has an Edelbrock 4 bbl carb that has been recently rebuilt.
It runs and drives great, mechanically in very good shape, but cosmetically it has some rough edges.
At the same time as the engine rebuild it received a new fuel tank, fuel lines and Wilwood front disc brakes and all appropriate hardware.
I believe that it is painted in Victory Red. The car was originally Gulf Turquoise. The paint is approx. 8 years old. There is cracking on the drivers door, and peeling on the trunk. There are numerous scrapes and scuffs, including to both passenger fenders. There is some damage to the inner and outer driver front wheel well.
The big chrome (bumpers, and headlight bezels) are in very good shape. The taillight chrome has some pitting.
It has 15inch Rally II wheels that are in good condition. The tires are generic and have low miles, plenty of tread, but they are older tires.
The interior carpet and seats are in generally good condition. The dash has a crack and the wood grain is faded and peeling a bit at the edges. Modern JVC radio with cd player and HD Radio.
Convertible top and all connected hydraulics etc was all rebuilt or replaced in 2017 at Gibbs on North 31 in Hamilton Co. Looks and works great!

Front suspension was worked on and received anti- sway bar and new power steering pump and steering box also fall of 2017.For those that have asked, the floor, trunk floor, rear quarters and frame are in solid shape. No holes or rust through- there is some surface rust/corrosion commensurate with the age of the car. This car has never been truly restored, but it has had body work over time.
Issues-
-speedometer/odometer not working
-interior lighting
-reverse lights
-high beams
-trunk leaks
-trunk lid misaligned
-aftermarket gauges are not connected
Please ask any questions before you bid. This car is a perfectly good driving car, but is probably ready for a restoration.I have tried to show the best AND worst parts of the car in the photos here. Please let me know if you need other photos.
I am happy to arrange to show the car and set up test drives. I would prefer local delivery in Indianapolis Metro area, but I will work with buyer to arrange shipping options.
With the relisting of the auction I lowered the reserve substantially. On Apr-23-19 at 08:23:32 PDT, seller added the following information:

It is misaligned from the bumper and you can see in the dropbox folder some photos of cracked bondo underneath the trunk lid when it is open.
