1937 Pontiac Six Touring Sedan NO TITLE, Had to put something so it would list. NO TITLE sold as parts car only.
I saved this one last year to rat-rod, but just never caught the fire on the project, so I'd like it to find a new home. No interior, does have rust, but lots of potential to restore, part out or rod somehow... . 3 of 4 wheel rims ORIGINAL- I understand they are "unobtanium", so if you need one, here's three... With wheel caps... Includes 39 Pontiac Six engine & 3 speed column shift transmission. Engine is complete, but needs rebuild. (Starter, generator, manifolds, carb, distributor all there!) Includes another left taillight which I picked up for the license bracket, and the headlights need a left side headlamp stand. Transmission floor plate is not shown, but is there IIRC. No grill, or hood side trims. Center trims are there on hood, nose & trunk lid. Model 6CA. Includes original factory service manual, and a beautifully done reprint of the Fisher Body Manual.(Along with a crappy reprint of the body manual usable for getting dirty when reference to the pics is not important) Not a beauty queen, NOW, but with some work, she could be one. I just want to see her find a new home...Located in MERCHANTVILLE, NJ, across the river from Philadelphia, Pa. At this point, I have no plans to tear it apart for parts- though I could probably make well over my asking price if I did. If you want parts, please feel free to buy the car, and do as you wish with it. If you wish to make an offer, feel free to do so- but $500 is kind of insulting, and I could get that for it in scrap metal. I am trying to save this car for future generations, if possible, by finding it a new home. I have at least twice as much tied up in it than I am asking, but it is clogging up room in my drive, and so I am willing to take the loss. I do have a place to put it at a friend's place should it not sell this time, but I would far rather see it go to a loving and appreciative new home than be set into another yard, simply to sink into the ground. Maybe someday it will hit the top of my list, and I'll drag it out. I don't know. What I DO know is this is the opportunity for someone looking for a decent project to get one cheap.
