Description of 1980 Pontiac Bonneville

Up for auction is a 1980 Pontiac Bonneville that starts right up . uns excellent. shifts smoothly and idles very quietly. Engine is a 265 Pontiac v8 . I believe the car only has 32. 00 miles on it. I bought it as 32. 00 original miles but could not be confirmed. had the carburetor rebuilt because it did not idle smooth. When I picked up the carburetor the rebuilder said this car has low miles on it . I said its either 130. 00 or 30. 00 he said definitely 30. 00. Exterior needs some restoration. paint is dull and spots on the roof are worn down . vinyl top is a bit dry . chromre is very nice. there is a little rust starting under the doors but not too bad . frame is very solid. body has a few surface spots. Tires are a bit dry so before the auction ends I will change them for a good set of whitewall tires I have on hand and will bag the old ones up and leave them in the trunk if you want them. belts and hoses are good. Interior is very clean . headliner has been replaced. I would drive this car anywhere it is very dependable and comfortable.
