THE 1980 TURBO FORMULA WAS BUILT FOR '80 & '81 ONLY. A TOTAL OF 2187 WERE PRODUCED DURING THOSE 2 YEARS. VERY FEW PEOPLE WERE AWARE OF THEM BACK WHEN, AND PEOPLE STILL SCRATCH THEIR HEADS WHEN THEY SEE ONE. TO THE BEST OF MY RESEARCH, THERE ARE ABOUT 215 LEFT REGISTERED, WHICH COULD BE QUITE POSSIBLE AFTER NEARLY 40 YEARS. THESE CARS ARE STARTING TO RISE IN $, AND IT'S GREAT FOR SHOWS. The Carmine Reed paint shineslike the garaged car it is.The moldings, handles, window glass,lettering, covers,rubber seals, and all other exterior featuresare insuperb condition, with no damage I'm aware of. The stock Honeycomb wheelsareshiny cleanandthe Goodyeartires are excellent.Itdrives straight down the road with zero issues and never in harsh weather.

On the inside, the Orig. Carmine Red interior still looks, feels and smells near new and sweet, all the way down to the floor mats.- no fade at all.As you can see in the pics, the seats or any other interior panelshave minimal to no wear.The door trim, headliner, inner rear panels, inserts, dash (0 cracks ), center console, face-plates,etc. arestock orig.andall of the interior buttons / switches- power windows,door locks,antenna, window defog, cruise,hatch release function as they should.Theorig. stereo/ speakers soundgreat and all thelights /gauges work as they should.

Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drivesas you would expectof a preserved item.
