This car was bought from the second owner who Restomodded it out with a 1972 built 455 cubic inch “YD†block motor and a built TH400 3-speed automatic transmission gives the go and to stop, Bear 4-wheel Power disc brakes with drilled and ported rotors. WITH LESS THAN 300 MILES since restoration. I have driven this car several times and it is UNBELIEVABLY FAST yet is easy to drive in everyday traffic. It has the tire roasting power you want in town, it will raise the front end when you put the pedal down and has no wheel hop. I took it on the freeway it got up to 100 in no time with tons of pedal left, cruised at 65 MPH at 2500 RPM The reserve on this car is not cheap but if you look at the picture above and the 100 additional pictures below and read this description carefully I think the reserve is fair for the car considering all the time and money that obviously was spent on this car. Talk about good bones the car only had 23,002 ORIGINAL MILES when it was built and only has 23,248 miles now. We have the California Original mile title to prove it. THIS IS A QUALITY CAR FOR SURE!! Let's start with the motor which is a Correct year, REBUILT, HO YD Block 400 HP 455 CID V8. Pictures of block stamping are shown in the pictures below and it is running AWESOME. It has an Edelbrock Performer RPM Aluminum Air-gap Manifold and Edelbrock 4BBL Carb with electric choke, Chrome K&N Air cleaner, Chrome Milodon valve covers, HEI Distributor with Moroso Race Wires, Modern A/C compressor converted to R-14, a HUGE 4 core Aluminum radiator to keep it all cool. The transmission is a Built TH400 three speed Automatic transmission with the Original Floor mounted console shifter that also was gone through and backed-up with the Original 10 bolt POSI rear end. Sounds AWESOME too with the Hooker ceramic Headers and custom dual Flowmaster exhaust. Nothing sounds better than when you lay the hammer down on a built BIG Block with the right exhaust system, WOW! This car has had those little touches that you only get with a Master Builder like New Power 4-wheel disc brakes, Power steering, all the steering and suspension components are new, Brand new A-Arm bushings and HD Front Sway Bar with new Edelbrock shocks all the way around. THIS IS BETTER THAN A NEW CAR! Next let's move on to the exterior and interior. The exterior paint was is in nice original shape there is one small spot on the cowl section of the hood that the paint is missing see in the pictures of the body. It5 mat be fixed by the time we run this ad, there are a few small chips and imperfections in the paint but as you can see in the pictures it is bright and shiny and in beautiful shape, the interior is also in beautiful original shape, with nice Original front bucket seats, nice Original rear bench seat and nice Original sun visors, nice Original dash and dash pad, Sport style Pontiac wheel, nice Original carpeting and door panels all trimmed with Faux wood paneling on dash console and even the aftermarket gauge set, and Factory look Custom Classic sound system in the dash with speakers in the factory front and rear positions, factory dash gauges and chrome exterior mirror with drivers remote. All the rubber weather stripping is in great original shape, Car has 18" Chrome Ridler Wheels with new Performance Steel-belted Radial tires. THIS IS A SUPER NICE PONTIAC GTO TRIBUTE car that has had a restomod restoration done on it. This is a VERY unique and solid car that any Pontiac enthusiast would love to own!
