Description of 1964 Pontiac Le Mans |
| Pontiac Le Mans . Up for auction is a 1964 Pontiac LeMans conv. I purchased this car back in 2015 from a man that purchased it in 1990 from a guy that brought it back from California with a blown motor. So I think I would be the 3rd or 4th owner. Very clean original car. Appears to have all of its original body panels. The only bodywork that I can see is on the passengers side above the 7 chrome stripes after the door (must have been a small scrape, but nothing major). The car now has a 1967 326 4bbl and I think it has the 1967 transmission in it. The car does need a new top (is the original) and a paint job (must have had a cheap paintjob at one time in California). Very nice car for someone wanting to get into the car hobby and does not want to pay a CRAZY price for a car. Car can be viewed anytime. Can be stored until pick-up is arranged.
