About this vehicleThis 1981 Pontiac Firebird is a modified vehicle with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's NotesThis is a good car for shows and weeekend rides. It turns heads. Vehicle Details I purchased this vehicle over three years ago. It is a 1981 title and has a 1977 front grill assembly and a Pontiac 400 6.6 litre engine that has somewhere between 480 and 500 horsepower. It has a newly rebuilt 350 turbo hydramatic transmission with 36 sprag instead of the 8 sprag and an upgraded shift kit.The paint is nice and looks great except a few bubbles by the rear tires, as you can see in the photos. I am not sure when it was painted, but I guess 4-5 years ago. It has a nice red interior and after-market Cars and Concepts T-Tops. It has no leaks. It runs great, stops great. I put new leaf springs and front coil springs on it last year. It has a new wiper motor, valve cover gaskets, transmission just recently and a new master cylinder and radiator in 2017. The things that do not work are and clock. The parking brake is not connected and the there is no air conditioning. The after-market stereo with Bluetooth and remote does work, but isn't exciting. I have a clean title with either 137,077 or 37,077 miles on it. It was adopted in Kentuck, then quickly went to Louisiana for most of it's life, then Texas, and I got it from Maryland. It hibernates in Ohio in the winter. 4194614466 ExteriorInteriorEngineCreated on the eBay Motors app
