This beautiful,well-cared-for documented survivor Catalina is beingoffered for sale by the family of the long-time 2nd owner.

It's an untouched original car with a wonderful color combination.

This 1957 Pontiac Chieftain two-door Catalina hardtop was ordered new from the factory and delivered to the Pontiac dealership “Glenn Motor Sales” of Detroit, Michigan. Ordered new by W.H. Wright and his wife Alice on June 28th, 1957.

Purchased by my fatherin 1990 from the Original Owners wife Alice Wright. It has been in California for the last 35 years. The car has its original factory paint, which looks amazing for its age of 68 years. Rust and rot free, never in poor weather or abused. Never repaintedor modified. Only blemish is on the drivers door where the paint rubbed off over the years where the original owner drove with his arm out the window resting on the top of the door. Always stored inside and meticulously cared for.

Still has the original plastic dealer-installed seat covers that are in great condition.

Beautiful original Dash and chrome.

Comes with its original factory dealer build sheet and invoice, and original data plate that has stayed with the car since it came from dealer in 1957 showing the options ordered by Mr.Wright. The car has the original Glenn Motor Sales decal badge on the rear trunk lid. Low mileage is verified by the original 1974 oil change tag that is on the inside door jam confirming the ultra low mileage.
