Description of 1970 Porsche 914

This is a collectors grade Porsche 914. It has 24k on the odometer and it is documented with all the paperwork. I am the second owner and have put less than 500 miles on it in 2 years. The car is original and had a few things done by the first owner but nothing major. Was completely rebuilt in the late 80s (documented). It has the original 1. 7L engine and transmission. Engine runs great and smooth. Transmission shifts nicely minus first gear and handles highway speeds perfect. I have all of the documentation. The car is not detailed in the pictures but will be here shortly. The car leaks very little oil. The car was completely restored and resealed in 89. by Automotion in Reno. The engine has just over 5000 miles on it and has been carefully maintained. All original parts. There is no rust on the entire vehicle anywhere. This car has a few small nicks in the paint but other than that is impeccable. The dash is in great shape with no cracks and the only flaw in the interior is the 2" tear in the center console cushion. The doors close solidly and open with ease. and the plastic latch mechanism has been replaced with new nylon ones. The car has the original jack as pictured. Has had the red "PORSCHE" tail light installed from the dealer when purchased. For local people or serious buyers I am happy to show the car.
