Description of 1972 Porsche 911

note yesterdays first attempt at this auction was ended early since I failed to get a reserve placed and per ebay I had to end the auction to put a reserve in.
1972 911 E coupe for restoration. original color Albert blue with no sunroof. Off road for many years. Chassis is straight and pretty solid with no evidence of accidents . A lot of the usual suspect places are very solid - front pan, ain pan, edal assembly area, attery boxes, span>rear torsion tube area, ear shel, ear seat bottoms and door bottoms are all solid. Some rust repair will be necessary in the lower b pillar near jack receiver outer rockers and the front fender rear closing panels will need some work at top and bottom area.

interesting COA

non matching 1972 2.4 E motor 911/52 with mechanical injection.

Transaxle is 74 915/06 which is identical to 1972 except rear main seal is serviceable from the outside and 5th gear is a hair longer for more relaxed highway cruising.

Tinted glass

Boge front struts with SC Brakes

stock 15 mm sway bars front and rear.

Oil tank looks ok with no visable holes.

ga, il and hydraulic systems are currently dr, emergency brake does function.

MFI fuel pump included but will most likely need rebuild

windshield is cracked as well as two cracks in the dash

Seats look to have been re upholstered but the head rests still need to be redone

Gas tank doesn't look too bad inside.

Front hood hinges appear to have been tweeked through over extension of the hood so I have included an undamaged set

non of the carpet or a/c parts remain.

Engine and transaxle and axles will be hung in car for shipping
