We purchased this vehicle in 2008 for $40,000, nd it has an additional $25,000 in engine and transmission work. It has a completely rebuilt 930 3.4 litre Turbo engine and drive train. The engine in this car alone is worth more than $40,000. The engine produces an 8:1 compression ratio versus the stock 930 turbo 6:1 ratio. This is due to recent work which includes a performance cam, igh compression cylinders, ew bearings, ebuilt heads, ew valves, ilot bearing, hrow-out bearing, new clutch disc, ew synchronizers for the completely rebuilt transmission, mong other things.
