1956 356A 1600

Here is a rare 1956 Porsche 356A 1600 in restorable form. A stalled project from many years ago, he chassis still has rotisserie components attached. Given the rough undercarriage, he upper chassis is in remarkable condition, ith aundamagedhood still maintaining its sharp factory gap, nblemished roof and smooth quarters. The exterior finish had some kind of protectivemetallic oxidizing coating put on it 20+ years ago. If you look closely at the images it appears that there is some evidence of paint actually under this surfacerust coating.The parts in the images are all that are with it, ncluding engine, ransmission, uspension, ome interior parts, xtra body parts. Engine number is P 64051 and turns by hand. Transmission number is type 128 716/0 and number 25477. Please look through the images here and on the dropbox link closely. Looking at color on dash and other unmolested surfaces, heoriginal color appears to be blue, erhaps "azure blue" or "aquamarine blue". I do not have a COA for the car.
