This car was in the process of being converted to a small block V8 when either common sense prevailed or the check book ran dry. The work done looks good. It has a roll bar installed. It has a manual rack and pinion steering. The engine mounts are in place. many braided lines were installed. an ATL fuel cell has been mounted behind the rear seat. under the rear hatch. It has lightweight seats installed. The wheels are phone dial style. The original gas filler door has been welded shut and the body work is in primer. The sun roof has been welded shut. A solid car with no rust. Needs a drive train. go back to a Porsche. V6 or V8 you choose. This would also be a good body if you have a wrecked 944 and have a drive train to install. |
