Description of 1990 Porsche 911

Selling my fathers 1990 911. We have owned this car for 12 years and we are sadly needing to part with it.It has spent the bulk of its life as a garage queen and in the 12 years we put 20,000 miles on it.We have maintained this car well but have made a few modifications. They include coverting the top to manual only and removing the belt for the A/C. Other than that the car is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.
Currently the car has:
A well maintained 8 year old top with no tears.Recent California registration, paid on 8/4/16, with very good smog results.Brand new clutch, slave cylinder and rebuilt 5-speed transmission. (Work done by our mechanic)Good tires all around, I can call the tire shop if the mileage is desired on the tires. Probably under 5k.Engine recently tuned and running very strong.New belts, alternator, spark plugs and wires.Comes with a fitted car cover from the factory.
The bad:The driver seat is not pretty, several tears.Gear shift leaver is starting to tear.A/C probably needs a recharge.Heater barely works.Aftermarket stereo drains the battery if left off a battery maintainer.
Other than that the car is a true blast to drive and if we didn't need to sell we wouldn't.Currently the car is being advertised with a consignment center in MN but the car is located near Sacramento California.
