Within the last few years this Porsche has been subjected to religious servicing, and tasteful upgrades. Current odometer reading is 58,000 miles. At 49,000 miles there was a valve adjustment, new brakes, including rotors, Pioneer radio installed, and upgraded speakers using the factory locations. In November 2012, with 50,368 miles a new RS Lightweight Clutch and Flywheel were installed. The Climate Control was serviced, and all new Blower Motors, and Climate Control Sensor, and the Air Conditioning was converted to R134.

In November of 2011 this car had a complete engine reseal, and shortly thereafter the chassis had new Bilstein struts, Axel Boots replaced, 993 17 Inch Wheels, Michelin PS2s, new Sway Bar, New Springs, and a Strut Tower Brace installed. This work was completed with 55,765 miles on the clock.
