1979 Porsche 911 SC -Coupe- Beautiful Production October / 1978 - Model year 1979 - Porsche 911SC -Coupe- No accidents and clear Texas title Light Blue Metallic -- Color Code 30T -- This wonderful car has been sitting for over 23 years in a dry garage Original 83.000 Miles. All the glass, doors, bumpers, etc were removed from the car Repainted in the original factory Blue metallic I bought it two years ago, took it apart. I redid the interior had the body stripped, windows, hood, deck-lid out, bumpers off And new paint in original color. Interior and paint is done. The car is beautiful. But I quit! Front and back Brand new headliner Newly recovered dashboard New sunroof cables and motor Carpet is still original and perfect Never driven in ice and snow Original Texas car that was sitting since March 1993 (23 years) Of course no rust at all, all welding on the frame still original Engine is currently still apart, and after waiting and waiting for my mechanic to finish, I am pulling the plug. Heads are completely rebuild. So far over 7K in engine and transmission work alone. I had high hopes for the car because it has great substance and a very unique color. When I bought the car, it was running but low compression on one side. The car ran (shitty) but ran. Transmission shifted fine. My mechanic took out engine and transmission. As of December 08.2016 the transmission is complete, I just bought parts for another $1.200.- and my mechanic finished the transmission As of December / 08 / 2016 the transmission is done.
