Description of 1986 Porsche 944 --

1986 PORSCHE 944 TURBO COUPE: --Guards Red over Black partial leather, Black carpeting, 39,000 original miles, 2.5 liter turbocharged inline 4-cylinder, 5-speed manual gearbox, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. Factory options include: Forged alloy wheels, Electric sliding sunroof, Leather/leatherette seats, Protective side moldings, Cruise control, Alarm system. Completed on January 30, 1986, this 944 Turbo remains in excellent condition and has been properly cared for, serviced and stored since new. Most 944 Turbos were meant to be everyday Porsches as most... these days have high mileage. This is not one of those examples. The documentation files trace the ownership history back to the late 1980s with copies of titles and extensive service receipts from the 1990s. It has been properly cared for a serviced regardless of use, by PCA members. The 944 was owned by two individuals in Illinois. By 2004, the 944 had only accumulated 34,000 miles and then purchased by a couple in Michigan. It was then sold to a collector and PCA member in North Carolina who showed the car at many local events. Most recently it was acquired by a collector in New Jersey and has only seen seasonal use. This 944 Turbo comes with its service history, original books, tools, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity and both keys. It is superb throughout and ready for show or road use.

*****This944 Turbo needs nothing at the moment to be used and enjoyed, it is one of best we have owned and we have owned several 944 Turbo's over the year. It has never been in an accident and has no disappointments. It has been owned by a very good friend and client of Autosport Designs and recently traded to us along with his Ferrari 458 and a couple of other cars towards a 1970 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona. Prior to this is was owned by a Porsche Club enthusiast.

We welcome any questions you may have, we welcome reasonable and fair offers and look forward to giving it a new happy home. Good luck bidding or happily give us a call to purchase outright.
