The overall condition is very good, 8.5/10, the car looks great and drives well. The car is "drivers quality" meant to be used and enjoyed. The car is 38 years old and shows all signs of being well cared for. The car is buckets of fun to drive, fast and handles super well typical of a German Grand Touring car. Recent cosmetic service at an expert vintage auto restoration specialist gives a fantastic polished and detailed appearance ready for a car show and for a car enthusiasts collection. A closer look finds a few chips, nothing other than very minor to hood lip and mirror. Overall the appearance is outstanding for a 38 year old car. The car has larger, much better brakes, Bilstein shocks, spoilers, sunroof and brake air vents which would be the 928 S version from 1983 onward. The 1982, earlier generation Porsche 928, is much lighter, is far less complex and thus somewhat easier to understand and can be much less expensive to maintain than later versions.
