Build was started in 1989 and worked on by the previous owner through the 90's but never finished. when he passed, I bought it from his wife and finished it out. He was very meticulous and kept every receipt for every nut and bolt for the car which I still have. Everything is still new as it was stored inside and off the tires the entire time.
