You are looking at a modified 1974 Porsche 911S. I have owned it for about five years. I have driven it less than 1500 miles myself only on weekends. The previous owner (my Accountant) had it for about 15 years keeping it inside his garage slowly getting it running again. He bought it from a friend of his who had it sitting in his garage for another 15 years. Tinkering on it seldomly, only having it for the pure love of Porsche's he built the motor originally getting a 3.0 from a 78 or 9 Carrera and making a 3.6 litre, 10:1 Compression, .491 Valve lift Isky Cam fuel injected dual plug running an Electromotive management system. Brake system also all redone. Transmission work was also done. New clutch, flywheel, gate shift kit, Speedo rebuilt, struts all around and tires all have great tread left. I have a stack of invoices from all the work done on it for atleast the last 18 years. This is not a finished car by any means. This is a running driving fixer upper. If you are looking for a car you can drive anywhere while fixing it up on the weekends and is not in perfect condition so you are not scared to modify to your specifications then this would be a great choice. Before I bought the car from my Accountant, I would help him during the rebuild process and slowly started falling in love with it. It was and still is a bare bones car. It does not have a radio or A/C. The interior needs to be redone to say the least. The Sun roof has not been open in a long time. It clicks and barely moves when you push the button. Has a new battery. Comes with a full bolt in roll cage that is not installed at the time. The front hood is steel along with the front fenders. The Valance is Fiberglass. The side skirts are steel as well as the rear fender flares and Deck Lid. The "Whale Tail" is Fiberglass. I have not put the car on the Track myself. Neither did the two previous owners. Im sure it did at some point in its early life now and then. It has what I think is a M&K brand Stainless steel exhaust. It sounds like a V8 at idle. I regret having to put it up for sale at this time. I lost my place to have a vehicle to work on and don’t have the free time to build it up further. The last thing I did was replaced the e brake shoes after I left the e brake slightly dragging. I did not toast the shoes but I know we never touched them so I just said for peace of mind I installed new ones. The car has a vibration in the steering wheel if you go over 80 mph which I can say I don’t do much at all. The front compartment has been cut out in front of the spare tire for air to pass through the oil cooler it needs a TRE Motorsports Oil Cooler Panel installed. It has aluminum sheets riveted temporarily to the body for air flow currently and there is another section of body panel missing between the passenger feet area and the “Hell Hole†area. I don't know what was the reason for it to be cut out but someone used fiberglass on the passenger floor board side to cover it up. Message me and I can send more Pictures on that. The car is a running beast. Its all MOTOR. The rest of the car needs your help. No one seems to like the slant nose so that would be the only hang up for someone else. As the car sits I would not hesitate to drive cross country after checking out a few minor things. I have a spare set of Recaro cloth seats if interested. I have more pictures so feel free to request some specific images. I also have a video of the car parked as the motor is running and a walk around view of interior and exterior. PLEASE READ THIS AD VERY CAREFULLY MORE THAN ONCE. This Is a HOTROD and no Jewel. It is SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO PROMISES, NO BUYERS REMORSE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I would be open to helping out with shipping costs within the States if the buyer understands that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Thank you so much.
