This fantastic driving car has always resided in the Western states and has been well restored by it's current enthusiast Porsche owner.The body fit and quality paintwork on this car shows exceptionally well. It has been recently restored by being stripped to baremetal and repainted in PPG 3-stage paint with a total of 12 coats. The finish is exceptional with nice fitting/opening and closing body panels. There is no sign of rust or accidents and the car has been always garaged and covered. The car's side glass and rear windows are tinted. A RH side mirror was added. The car is fitted with a new set of attractive aftermarket Porsche alloys with with a new high performance tire set.The car's interior has been nicely restored with some custom touches. Seats and door panels have been re-trimmed in quality matching vinyl along with a new dark gray carpet set over sub-floor sound deadening material. The headliner appears original and excellent. The car is fitted with custom carbon-fiber dashboard inserts and a modern 5" Kenwood multi function console unit with external amp, 4 speakers, and a 10" base, to update/ modernize the interior, along with a smaller custom MOMO steering wheel.Mechanically, the car is a dream. Original mileage shows 148k, but the car's matching numbers 2.7 Liter engine was completely and properly rebuilt / balanced only 4,000 miles ago. Details include completely machined original magnesium case, rebuilt cylinder heads, air cooling flow vents modified to improve all cylinder cooling, 11-blade engine fan, Timecert-ed and Raceware cylinder bolts, fuel injection system rebuilt, 930 Turbo upgraded hydraulic chain tensioners, all new seals and gaskets, turbo valve covers, Stainless Steel Exhaust (SSI) with Bursch exhaust, new premium clutch, working A/C system upgraded with new R134 compressor, new front-mounted external oil cooler, original CA emissions air pump removed but saved with the car. The car runs and drives/handles/brakes/steers wonderfully well with great power and no issues. PLEASE SEE DRIVING VIDEO. It was just road driven from Prescott, Arizona to Santa Ana, California with no issues in the same day, so it's incredibly reliable and sorted out...The car's underside shows completely rustfree and dry, and perfectly normal for an air-cooled Porsche 911 of this period.
