Big Price Drop. Great potential. get it for Christmas. with some love this will make a great toy! For Sale is a rare Porsche 924 Turbo (931). this is a 2 owner (my father in-law since 1981) this car runs. drives and is 99. 9% rust free. Car shifts thru all gears and runs out fairly well. turbo still seems to be spooling and vehicle is still quite responsive. I know the turbo and the fuel system were replaced at some point early 2000 but do not have the documentation. That being said car does have issues. car has been driven very little over the last 15 years. nbsp; Car does not idle on its own for very long. after sitting for a few days car needs to be jump started. this car needs to be gone thru and sorted out mechanically. Actual mileage of car unknown. odometer broke sometime in the 1990's. Interior is semi-rough. seams on the seat are torn. dash is cracked in several places. carpets are original and worn. door panels are in decent shapeThis car is not a daily driver. not a good first car for a 17 year old. and not a get in and drive cross country with it tomorrow vehicle. nbsp;this is a very nice example of an all original Porsche 924 Turbo that needs attention. On that note. I recommend someone that has had experience with these cars. your average weekend warrior will be in way over his head on this one. So think before you bid. Shipping is at buyers expense. arraignment can be made to help load vehicle onto trailer. Please ask questions. keep expectations in check and decide if this piece of Porsche history is really for you.
