1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II 75th Silver Anniversary Edition A rare and fine example of one of 75 Silver Shadow II’s made specially by the Rolls Royce Factory in Crewe, England for shipment to the US market to commemorate 75 years of the Company. All 1979 Silver Anniversary Editions shipped to the U.S. werefinished in Georgian silver with charcoal grey leather upholstery and red carpets.This is a one owner car with original purchase documents included. The vehicle spent its entire life in dry West Texas in a climate controlled garage and has no rust on the frame. The car has accumulated a very conservative 41,326 miles since its arrival from the factory. This is the 31st car of the 75th Anniversary Editions sent to the U.S. A plaquefitted inside the glove compartment states "This motor car is one of 75 designedin a special colour schemefor ouroverseas customers to mark the75th Anniversary of Rolls-Royce." The car is also sold with a“Certificate Of Authenticity."Another feature of this special car is the famous RR badge, normally painted in black, is in red. This was the first time Rolls Royce had used red badge lettering since 1932. It was serviced by the Dallas Rolls Royce dealership and then by a factory trained and certified technician.
