1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spur. Approximately 89,000 miles.Original owner was Walter Royal Davis, philanthropist and oilman. His widow donated car to Physicians for Peace which is from whom I purchased it about 3 years ago. To my knowledge no accidents. Leather seatshave been reupholstered and are in excellent condition. Vinyl top also is a good replacement in excellent condition. Wood interior is original in excellent condition. Paint is very good for age and is original. Some spider streaks and minor scratches as expected for age of car. There is one dent near rear wheel which is seen on photo. Brake accumulator sphereswere replaced when Mrs. Davis donated car. I have replaced rack and pinio, reupholstered trunk, rebuilt starter and alternator and fixed fluid leaks and leaky rear window and electric shifter. Tires good. I have used a local garage and have been successful finding parts and getting service. No significant rust that I know of. Had garage inspect undercarriage for rust and it was free of any. Only things I know of not working are radio antenna mast needs replacement, one electric door lock has a short. Head liner sags a little but not enough for me to worry. Reading lamp not functional. Front dash has slight separation.Friend who was president of RR owners club said best condition he had seen this year and model. Located near Richmond, VA. I can, upon purchase of the vehicle provide contact information to the mechanic that has worked this vehicle. Sold as is and buyer to arrange transportation. Have service records, manual, tools, spare tire in place. I will assist in having a convenient location to pick up. Selling to buy older model Rolls/Bentley.
