Description of 1975 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow |
1975 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. $28,900. 91,600 original miles. Beautiful color combination with a chocolate exterior and the interior draped in tan leather Connolly hides. Rare long wheelbase sedan (less than 3000 of these Shadows produced worldwide over 15 years) providing additional rear seat legroom. Always garaged and smoke free with full service history. Surprisingly solid condition. The definition of luxury. This is a gorgeous example of ''the best car in the world'', and one of the last truly hand built models. The 6.75 Liter V8 purrs to life paired with its original GM sourced Turbo Hydramatic 400 transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. The body is nice and straight and the undercarriage is in great shape with no evidence of previous damage or rust. The interior is also in great shape with no rips or tears in the Connolly leather seats and door panels. Even comes with the original rear seat foot rests. Custom burled walnut throughout.Wool headliner, original leather piping everywhere. The door panels look great and the carpet is in good condition. The Rolls-Royce name always stood for unbeatable comfort and luxury, and this Silver Shadow delivers these attributes in spades. Settle into the gentleman's club interior and there is a huge feel-good factor. It feels like you are sitting in your living room and you finish long trips absolutely refreshed. As you gaze down the hood to the iconic 'Spirit of Ecstasy' it is hard not to feel a sense of real pride. Driving a Rolls has that effect somehow. |
