For sale is my 1987 Saab 900 turbo convertible. This car is a great little weekend toy. Great for a 100 mile radius of your hometown. Great Saturday night cruiser. Little car has a 16 valve 4 cylinder turbo charged motor. I have not had this car over a 100 miles from home so that's why I am listing it as a weekend cruiser. motor is in good shape uses a quart of oil about every 3000 miles. But does not smoke. 5-speed transmission work's great. Nice working power top,has a couple small holes and does leak some.Thefront seats have some tears . Rear seats are ok. car does have the landauhard plastic covers that hide the top in the well when its down.Runs true down the road very minimum vibration. Motor has a lot of power when the turbo kicks in. I love it in the curves. Tires need replaced but probably has another 5,000 miles left,but there is a road noise on front passenger side. Tire tread is unlevel on that tire. Car has after market am/fm cd player . Factory power antenna.Car does have A/c but its not working,probably needs Freon?? Power windows.Dash has some cracks in it. New front calipers and new brakes front and rear. New starter. Brakes need adjusted.When backing there is slack between hub and shoe thatneeds adjusted out. But brake great,no pulling left or right. Car has a 2 fan cooling system but has been wired to run all the time.. Only one fan is wired direct.The other is not being used. But does not get hot. There is a bubbling under paint over rear wheel well moulding. Other than that I see only minor rust. I don't think car has ever had a wreck but rear bumper has dent in it. That's all I know about car,i know I have had a blast driving it. I am selling to get my son some moneyhe just got out ofcollege.I believe you will get every penny back in enjoyment that you pay for car. Thanks for looking. Buyer is responsible for picking car up.
