I believe this was the last complete car built by Contemporary (Burtis Motorworks LTD)in NY. It was built specifically to run Watkins glen. All Jag suspension. I'm the third owner. It's metallic blue with white racing stripes and a red stripes across the nose. It's fast! It's a great car but I never drive it. It's a original 1968 side oiler. Here are the spec: Specs 1997 Contemporary 427 Cobra Last Factory Assembled Contemporary 427 by Burtis 6190 Miles ENGINE Assembled with ARP Fasteners 1968 NOS 427 Sideoiler Block standard bore 4.233 Oil Gallery Restrictors Installed and Oiling System Blueprinted To Feed Lifter Galleries and Pump Oil Through Pushrods to top end. far superior to normal 427/FE System. I spent $2500 not long ago getting the carbs rebuilt, fuel filters added, fuel gauge to work and few other things fixed where needed. It does have a couple scratches here and there for my kids when they were little. I also pumped a pole in my garage that protects my water heater and there is a hairline crack in the paint across the nose but it is very hard to notice. All scratches can easily be repaired. It's a head turner and a screamer!
Here is a youtube video of it running https://youtu.be/y57mQtNb4NE
