CRUISIN CLASSICS would like to show off a real cool addition to the Showroom in the form of a 1999 (Built) Superformance,Inc. Cobra Replica. It is a 2 door speed demon that will throw you back in the seat and make you feel all she has right off of the line. These light fiberglass cars are made by many but none quite like the Superformance. Those that are "in the know" will have a great appreciation for this brand as they have tried the others out and have failed in comparison to the Superformance approved model. This is a Carol Shelby approved factory build. (Port Elizabeth, SA) The factory build consists of a complete and fully equipped rolling chassis (chassis #611) LESS engine and transmission. The selection, purchase and installation was solely the responsibility of the purchaser. The original purchaser went the way of a 351 Windsor and a manual 5-speed transmission. Included with the sale of the car is a huge 8" thick folder of all the information that came before, after and during the life of this car. This alone is worth it's weight in gold! The engine breakdown is below. 351 Windsor (casting # D2AE 6015 BA) 1972 Block completely rebuilt with upgrades and refreshed by CM Installed with all of the components below by Competition Motorsports, Ross, Ohio 385 HP Edelbrock Aluminum Cylinder heads with 2.02 intake valves 1,600 exhaust valves Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold Holley 750 CFM carburetor Competition Cams valve train components Magnum Series Hydraulic Cam Billet Aluminum roller rocker arms True roller timing set and high tech push rods. Polished aluminum Motorsport valve covers Ford Duraspark electronic distributor Canton High Capacity oil pan March Drive Pulleys Clutch slave cylinder, hose and fittings TRANSMISSION Tremec 3550- 5 speed transmission Ford SVO aluminum bell housing and block plate King Cobra clutch kit Ford SVO billet flywheel This ride was just given a fluid flush and freshen (oil, trans fluid, filters (fuel-oil-trans), thermostat, antifreeze by our very own Cruisin Classics Performance Center.
