Description of 1969 Shelby Cobra

First time up for sale .. 1969 Shelby GT500 in original condition ..very low miles ..3/4 of paint original to vehicle very rare drag pack car . Automatic. Much to say about this one . I'm the 3rd owner from new .. the original owner .. bought car at Gotham Ford and soon after bought a brand new over the counter 427 side Oiler and the dealer put it in .. the carb and distributor are original to vehicle as most all of the accessories .. it does have an edlebrock manifold on it .. runs well shifts good .. has 4 new tires new brakes and upper ball joints.. am/fm radio still working all lighting working still retaining the original Lucas driving lights in front also working . Also has tilt away steering column.. not working.. fuel gauge not working .. I have the original invoices and some nice documents from Kevin marti.. this is a highly sought after Shelby .. the paint shows very nice patina .. drivers seat torn .. has original shipping brackets in rear .. also has all original glass including Windshield. Original radiator.. has very very little rust on right rear lower 1/4 panel . Floors in amazing condition .. headliner split at seem but interior in nice and original ... it needs very little to Make it extremely road worthy.. this car is ready to be enjoyed .. you never see them in this original condition .. and they are only original once .. my feedback speaks for itself. I'm a hard core mustang guy and my description is accurate.. this is an amazing investment .mustangs monthly is doing a nice article on it .it should be out soon.
