THIS IS A 1960 STUDEBAKER LARK 2 DOOR SEDAN WITH A 3 SPEED170 FLAT HEAD CHAMPIAN6 CYLINDER.I HAVENT HAD THIS CAR VERY LONG, JUST A YEAR,BOUGHT IT THINKING I WOULD HAVE TIMETO FINISH IT BUT I HAVE TOO MANY PROJECTS AND I REGRETFULLY HAVE TO LET A FEW GO. IDONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE CAR BUT I WILL SHARE WHAT I DO KNOW.IN 1972 THE CAR WAS PARKED, STORED INSIDE IN A WAREHOUSE IN NEW JERSEY UNTIL MID 2000.THE CAR THEN WAS SOLD.UNFORCHENTLY THE ENGINE WASLOCKED UP FROM SETTIN, SO THEN IT WAS RESOLD WITH ANOTHER ENGINE TO A GENTLEMAN IN SOUTHBEND INDIANA..THE ONE THING MECANICALLY THAT NEEDS TO BE FINISHED IS THE OVERDRIVE TRANSMITION THAT WAS PUT IN WHEN THE ENGINE WAS CHANGED. THE WIRING HAS NOT BEEN DONE AND IDO NOT HAVEANY SWITCHES OR ANYTHING ELSO THAT MAY BE NEEDED TO MAKE IT WORK . THIS CAR HAS BEEN GONE THRU THE GAS TANK HAS BEEN CLEANED AND SEALED, THE BRAKE LINES HAVE ALL BEEN REDONE, NEW MASTER CYLINDE, WHEEL CYLINER, BRAKE SHOES AND WHEEL BEARINGS PACKED . IT HAS A NEW NOS FRONT BUMPER AND THE TRIM ON THE TRUNK LID IS BADAND THEREIS ANEW ONE IS IN THE TRUNK TO REPLACE IT. I HAVE TAKED A PICTUE OF THESOME THINGSTHAT GO WITH THE CAR BUT IF YOU CANT SEE THEM VERY GOOD THERE ARE THE TRIM FOR THE TRUNK, TWO NEWKICK PANNELS COLOR MATCHING THE CAR, AND NEWDARK BROWN CARPET THAT IS IN THE TRUNK THAT CAME WITH THE CAR. ALSO IN THE TRUNK IS THE ORIGINAL JACK AND SPARE TIRE. THE INTERIOR NEED TO BE FRESHENED UP, THE SEATS,ARE DIRTY BUT NO RIPS OR TEARS AND THE HEADLINER AND VISORS ARE GOOD . MECHANICALLY THE CAR IS VERY SOLID AND RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT.THE UNDERCARRAGE HAS BEEN PAINTED AS WELL ASTHE ENGINE CAVITYAND WITH THE CORRECT COLOR OF SANDLE WOOD BEIGE. THE OUT SIDE OF THE CAR IS REAL GOOD SHAPE. IT HAS SOME PAINT RASH ON THE FRONT FENDERS AND THE HOOD .THERE IS ONLYALITTLE RUST SPOT ON LOWER PASSANGER SIDE IN FRONT OF THE DOORTHERE IS A PICTURE OF THAT AS WELL. I HAVE THE PAPER WORK FROM THE STUDEBAKER MUSEUM ON THE ORDER AND DELIVERY OF THIS CAR.I HATE TO SEE THIS CAR G, IT WILL NOT TAKE MUCH TO FINISH AND I WISH ALL THE LUCK TO ALL THAT BID ON THIS CAR.
