Up for auction is this 1956 Studebaker Presidential Classic. The car has been sitting for a long time, roughly close to or over 30 years. The car has sat a majority of that time outside. There is rust in the floor board and trunk but no rot.Anything that was of cloth material of the interior has decayed to almost nothing. Except for the damage it obtained from sitting the car is almost perfectly intact parts wise, minus a tail light lens. The original over-hump style rubber floor mat with the insignia is still in the car, The original hand operated manual antenna still attempts to work. The engine is stuck, i have made a attempt to pop it free by using automatic transmission fluid in the cylinders and letting it sit for 2 weeks. Tried a breaker bar on the hub nut and not much besides a small wiggle. I have the fan, water pump pulley, bolts, and belt off and they are in the trunk. The car has the original hubcaps, the chrome on the fender that is missing in the picture is inside the car, The bumper jack is in the trunk as well. The tires hold air for a little while, and are definitely not roadworthy of any kind. The front license plate is severely damaged from a inexperienced tow truck driver. Car comes with everything you see in the pictures minus the battery, the keys are lost, comes with a California title. Deposit required within 48 hours of 500. dollar, balance to be paid in cash within 7 days of end of auction. The Studebaker is located in Colton, California
