The 1937 Studebaker Coupe Express truck body style offered a spare tire sitting lower than the 38 or 39 models. Headlight bucket position and front hood and grille began changing.

Finding a decent J5 is getting difficult. #5 condition trucks have been priced at $10k to $18K in recent years. Complete but needing restore prices had risen upwards of $18 to $30,000.

Offered is a 90% completed J5.

Lacking time and space to complete this truck means making it available

Frame-off restoration began over 10 years ago.

· Underside is clean
· Cab floor is solid
· Doors need to be adjusted to fit correctly
· Nice bright work – bumpers rechromed
· Hub cabs are in decent condition
· Tires in good/new condition
