Vehicle Details Up for sale is a cool little Studebaker Pickup with the look of a gasser. (very cool) This Studebaker's cab and box has been installed on a 1976 Chevy 1/2-ton pickup chassis with a very nice running 350 Chevy engine with new Edelbrock aluminum Intake, new Edelbrock Carb, headers and new full-length exhaust. It has a new aluminum radiator keeping it running cool. Also, the chassis has new power disk brakes up front with new brake buster and master cylinder. New ball joint have been installed in the front end and it has power steering. Rear brakes are also new. The transmission is a rebuilt 400 Turbo, and it shifts nice. (great running and driving truck) This truck was a Military M5, has no rust out only surface rust on the bottom of the bead, and it looks nice on its new chassis. The body is good but the body work before the paint job wasn't the best and there are still a few very small dings on the body, mostly on the back of the cab. (please look at all pictures closely) (hard to see in the pictures) Paint was a quicky but looks good for a driver. It has some cute Graffiti, nice pinstripes and the Studebaker on the tailgate is done in red. It is running new Crager mags with new Radial G/T Cooper Cobra tires that fit the Gasser look. All new tinted glass has been installed in the truck and a V-but windshield is also in place, but the inside window molding have yet to be installed. New headlight rings and new blue dot taillights are on the truck and all lights work as they should. A new 21 circuit wiring harness was used in the build for the electrical. An electric fuel pump supplies the fuel from the aluminum fuel tank installed in the bed of the truck. New whipper motor kit, new interior kit with door panels, headliner, kick panels come in a box. New rubbers for the doors and other places all come with the truck. (but all will need to be installed) (all extra part are pictured) It has new gages and nice aluminum gage panel in the dash, with speedo, but it needs a gas gage and the radio needs hooked up. A tilt GM column was installed with Grant steering wheel. This is a nice running and driving little Studebaker pickup. Not a show truck but a nice driver quality. I'm listing this truck for my friend, and I will take all questions to him. He has a second project he is working on so the Studebaker must go. Buyer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs. We will help with loading on our end and in anyway we can. For your questions, please call Bill (208)750-0000.
