1938 Studebaker State Commander

Non-running Car (for parts -or- restore)

Good enough condition to be a runner with minor work!

Ebay"ok'd" listing the 1938 StateCommander under having a "clean" title

Despite it not existing!

This to be repeated in the description so you are well aware!

Features:

· Cathedral Headlights

· Banjo style steering wheel

· Matching trim color on the 4 wheels but side trim also

· Art Deco font numbers & lettering

· The spring-loaded door access to ashtray/cigarette lighter

· Under dash heater/defroster

The car:

· NO Title - NON-Running Condition!

· Brakes to be redone? Non-running condition...more than likely should be done!

· Gas lines might need replacing. Again, no idea!

· Original Carburetor is missing. A carb is in place, just not Studebaker related

· Fuel pump is off “but” a possible NOS fuel pump is in the trunk in a box

· Original Air cleaner, hub caps/misc parts are in the trunk

· No title to the car at this time

· Wiring front to rear & under dash is there. Some replaced

· Spare tire mounted in the trunk

· Paint is old, faded, peeling per photos. Some patches of body work may be present

· Doors close solidly

Glass is in VG condition as are window regulators
